Drag Superstar ‘The Vivienne’ is heading to Keele for a night of fierce entertainment this Monday (17th February) as a part of Keele’s LGBT+ History Month celebrations. The performer, known for her hilarious impressions, sickening looks and all round performance ability won the first ever season of ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race UK’ last year and has been touring the country (and the world) since then.
The Vivienne started her career in drag at the age of just 15 and has since built a career for herself as a premier entertainer; first in the vibrant Liverpool club scene and later being crowned RuPaul’s drag ambassador to the UK in 2015. Last year she competed in the first season of BBC’s UK spinoff of the show ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’, wooing viewers with her amazing runway looks and hilarious snatch game performance as US president Donald Trump, ultimately winning the show beating out other top three contenders, Baga Chips and Divina Decampo.
The reigning Queen will perform at the SU ballroom in what promises to be a hilariously entertaining night. She will be joined by local queens and DJs for a night of Drag and Debauchery.
